Ginger Cane Sugar Syrup (For Black Sesame Dumplings Dessert) 薑糖水【配芝麻湯圓】

Ginger Cane Sugar Syrup-3薑糖水(配芝麻湯圓) – (二人份)

材料:

  • 薑片: 50g至60g (大約三至四片)
  • 水(糖水之用): 600 mL
  • 片糖: 50g
  • 芝麻湯圓(冰狀-不用解冰): 6 粒

做法:

  1. 將600mL水及薑片放進煲內,大火煲滾。滾後轉至中火,再煲5分鐘。熄火,備用。
  2. 另一個煲內,放入水至 2/3 滿。大火煲滾。
  3. 水滾後,放入芝麻湯圓。用筷子或匙輕輕攪拌至誰回復大滾,防止湯圓黐低。煲大若4分鐘,或湯圓浮面。
  4. 湯圓浮面後, 繼續煲多4 至 5 分鐘。熄火。
  5. 把湯圓(除去煲湯圓的水), 放入Step 1 備用的薑糖水內。輕滾1分鐘。完成。
